Hi Everyone,
2019 bring new challenges and I have decided to make a small difference and will be walking for a cause that's close to my heart.
I’ll be walking for R U OK? whose vision is a world where we’re all connected and are protected from suicide.
Accordingly, R U OK?’s mission is to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life. Because when we take the time to ask “are you ok?” and listen we can help people struggling with life feel connected.
